KareliaShop is an online store selling goods made by the domestic craftsmen and manufacturing facilities. Everything you see in our catalogue is associated with the Karelian culture and made in Karelia. Some of the goods are handmade and is produced in limited quantities or in a single copy.

How can I order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

How can I get offer of bulk amounts?

You can send offer request to us using this page or just contacting us by any way possible.

How can I pay my orders?

You can pay via PayPal or all the major debit or credit cards. All payments are verified and processed by PayPal service. Note, that if you pay by credit card you’re not required having a PayPal account.

Is VAT charged?

VAT is not charged. All taxes charged in your country are your responsibility

Do you have the product in stock?

All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

Shipping method and time

We use Russian Post as a reliable and fast shipping service. Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are dependent on your location and products on your order. Our online store shows the shipping fee and shipping cost automatically on the checkout.

Can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product.
